    3.免疫6只 Bal b/c小鼠，每只小鼠4-5次免疫，小鼠血清Elisa效价达到1：10000以上
    4.取血清效价最高的小鼠的脾细胞与SP2/0进行细胞融合
    5.3-4次亚克隆后得到稳定分泌特异性抗体的杂交瘤细胞株
    6.杂交瘤细胞株扩增/冻存
    7.小鼠腹水制备，Protein G纯化得到抗体 
    8.抗体Elisa检测效价，亚型鉴定
