服务内容：
    1.免疫6只 Bal b/c小鼠，每只小鼠4-5次免疫，小鼠血清Elisa效价达到1：10000以上
    2.取血清效价最高的小鼠的脾细胞与SP2/0进行细胞融合
    3.3-4次亚克隆后得到稳定分泌特异性抗体的杂交瘤细胞株
    4.杂交瘤细胞株扩增/冻存
    5.小鼠腹水制备，Protein G纯化得到抗体 
    6.抗体Elisa检测效价，亚型鉴定

最终交付的材料：
    1.2-5株杂交瘤细胞株
    2.每株细胞提供2-5 mg Protein G纯化的抗体，抗体针对蛋白Elisa效价大于80000
    3.Elisa数据报告，完整项目报告

样品要求：
    1.如果抗原是蛋白，须提供5 mg蛋白，纯度大于80%，浓度大于0.5 mg/ml
    2.如果抗原是多肽，须提供5 mg偶联好的抗原，浓度大于1 mg/ml
    3.如果抗原是菌体蛋白，须提供3*108 菌体
    4.如果抗原是小分子化合物或多肽等半抗原，可委托友科公司进行偶联
